Frequently Asked Questions

  • None at all. Every session is fully guided by me. Your body already knows how to do this, I simply create the conditions for it. The only thing you need to bring is a willingness to arrive.

  • Each session is 15–25 minutes. Three to four sessions per week. Fully self-paced — no deadlines inside the course. If life gets full, you pause and return. The access is yours for life.

  • Most people feel a noticeable shift within the first 7 days. The shifts are often quiet and physical before they become cognitive: a longer exhale, a softer jaw, a night of deeper sleep.

  • This is a somatic and nervous system education programme, not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. If you are currently working with a mental health professional, this work can be a powerful complement. If you have specific health concerns, please reach out before enrolling.

  • All breathwork sessions include detailed setup notes and safety guidance. Modifications are always available. If you have cardiovascular, respiratory, or other relevant conditions, please contact me directly before purchasing so we can discuss what's appropriate for you.

  • The Regulated Leader is a self-paced course, a complete foundation in nervous system regulation that you move through independently. The Sovereign Mastery Mentorship is four months of private 1:1 work with me: deeper, more personalised, and going into layers that a course cannot reach. The bundle combines both.
