Why your nervous system keeps you stuck You'll understand through actual neuroscience why your body stays locked in survival mode long after the stress has passed. How your autonomic nervous system works, what dysregulation really means, and why the prefrontal cortex goes offline when you're triggered. This is the missing piece that makes everything else finally make sense.
The Trauma Connection
How unprocessed stress shapes your entire life Trauma isn't only the big events. It's every moment your nervous system was overwhelmed and didn't have the resources to complete its response. We'll explore how that unprocessed activation lives in your body as chronic tension, emotional reactivity, burnout, and disconnection and how it silently drives your performance at work, the quality of your relationships, and your ability to be truly present with the people you love.
The Practice
Two somatic techniques that create real, felt change This is not theory. We will practice together, live.
Using Breathwork, a scientifically grounded approach that uses specific breathing patterns to activate the body's natural discharge process and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) a somatic method developed from Dr. Peter Levine's work that allows the nervous system to physically release stored tension you will experience a genuine reset.
You will feel your breath deepen. Tension will release from your jaw, your shoulders, your diaphragm. Your body will shift from bracing to settling in real time, in this session.
